We are a boutique agency of hospitality people providing recruitment solutions for the hospitality industry. Our agency was formed after growing concerns of the cost of recruitment in a labour tight market. The experience of a continuous recruitment cycle is all too familiar and we have all been in the situation where you find yourself employing the best available candidate rather than the best performer for the role. Positions can be listed with us either by phone or Email (Email preferred) and should detail the following information for each position:
- Position Title
- Basic responsibilities
- Job Description if available
- Subordinates where applicable
- Salary range
- Fringe benefits ( E.G accommodation, meals, relocation, bonuses etc)
- Start date (E.G ideally 4 weeks)
- Any particular personality traits required
Making an offer all offers of employment should be coordinated through HRS. The relevant HR team member should provide:
- Candidate Name
- Position Title
- Employment status (Full Time/Contract)
- Salary
- Fringe Benefits
- Start Date
HRS will contact the candidate and make the offer. Once accepted the property will draft a contract and forward to HRS which will be forwarded to the candidate. A signed copy of the contract will be returned as soon as practicable to the property.
